Preschool Class Schedule

FUMP is a half day preschool where your child will be loved, nurtured and taught.
  • Our doors open for the kids at 8:15 am and our 1 year old class dismisses at 11:30 am, our 2’s & 3’s dismiss at 11:30 am and our 4’s dismiss at 11:45 am. We have options for 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday-Friday) and 2 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in all age groups. We also have an Everyday option (Monday-Friday) for our 4 year olds. 
  • We use Letterland as our primary phonics curriculum and supplement with numbers, colors, shapes, gross & fine motor skills, as well as Bible learning. 
  • We require a $100 non-refundable enrollment fee and a one time $55 supply fee. Both of these are once per year.
  • We follow Surry County Schools Calendar for teacher workdays and inclement weather. Our students usually start school about a week after Surry County students return and we usually end our year about week before Surry County ends their school year. 
  • Tuition is due on the 1st of the month, September-May.

  • We group our students by age following the school system. The age they are on August 31st is the age class they will attend.

Classes Offered:

  • Toddler Class – Monday/Wednesday/Friday, (8:15-11:30am): Child must be 1 year of age on or before August 31. 
  • Toddler Class – Tuesday/Thursday, (8:15-11:30am): Child must be 1 year of age on or before August 31. 
  • 2 Year Old Class – Monday/Wednesday/Friday, (8:15-11:30am): Child must be 2 years of age on or before August 31.
  • 2 Year Old Class – Tuesday/Thursday, (8:15-11:30am): Child must be 2 years of age on or before August 31.
  • 3 Year Old Class – Monday/Wednesday/Friday, (8:15-11:30am): Child must be 3 years of age on or before August 31. and must be completely potty trained.
  • 3 Year Old Class – Tuesday/Thursday, (8:15-11:30am): Child must be 3 years of age on or before August 31. and must be completely potty trained.
  • 4 Year Old Class – Monday/Wednesday/Friday, (8:15-11:45am): Child must be 4 years of age on or before August 31. and must be completely potty trained.
  • 4 Year Old Class – Tuesday/Thursday, (8:15-11:45am): Child must be 4 years of age on or before August 31. and must be completely potty trained.
  • 4 Year Old Class – Everyday, (8:15-11:45am): Child must be 4 years of age on or before August 31. and must be completely potty trained.
