As you all know, 2020 was a strange year. But in the midst of all the changes, struggles, and challenges, I got a front-row seat to watch our Youth Group band together to make the most of the year that was. Over the course of the last year, while apart, we had the opportunity to offer VBS to our Youth kids that had never been done before, we hosted our first-ever Drive-By Live Nativity event, we hosted numerous virtual youth sessions on Sunday nights, needless to say, while the year looked different than we were used to, we were still active.
As we have entered 2021, we look to do the same, adapting to whatever is thrown our way, but continuing our mission of being a light in the lives of our Youth and our community. To help us continue to offer these experiences, even apart, I am excited to announce that we will be hosting a fundraiser that will end on Friday, January 29th.
While we know this is a hard time for those around us, my hope is our new “redesigned” design can be a beacon of hope to all that proudly wear this shirt. The message rings true now more than ever, “Faith Can Move Mountains.” It’s a simple message, but sustains us during times like these-our faith is what will get us through these times.
